Sleep dentist, Mark T. Weiser DDS is internationally known as an expert in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, and has chosen to focus a large portion of his Santa Barbara and Los Angeles dental practices on sleep apnea dentistry. Dr Weiser graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1979. He is an author, lecturer, and recognized leader in the fields of cosmetic and laser dentistry. He has also pioneered innovative techniques in the uses of lasers for dentistry and air abrasion for providing “drill-less” dentistry.
Dr. Weiser works with Dr. William Dorfman of the Century City office, and was part of the “Extreme Team” that provided dentistry for the hit ABC television show, Extreme Makeover. Dr. Weiser and Dr. Dorfman also can be seen on the BBC’s “A Brand New You” where they performed smile makeovers on patients from England.
Dr Weiser is a fellow in the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has received advance certification in cosmetic dentistry from Baylor University and the prestigious LVI Dental Institute, along with certifications in oral sedation dentistry from DOCS and Invisalign. Dr. Weiser is also a long time member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,American Dental Association and California Dental Association, American Association of Sleep Medicine, American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Internation Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology.
